Arts Place, Inc. is the premiere community arts facility promoting and supporting the arts as an integral part of daily life in East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio. The unveiling of the 21,000 square foot, $2.9 million facility was celebrated in December 2000, and features a 285-seat state-of-the-art performing arts theatre with full backstage support, three art galleries, two spacious visual arts classrooms, six music studios, an arts park complete with a 3000-pound gas kiln and demonstration area, and several large works of public art by regional artists on the grounds.

CANCELLATION – $25.00 fee for canceling a booked date up to 30 days before the leased date. Full rental charged (no labor cost) with less than 30 days notice. Weather emergencies will be considered for making exceptions to cancellation fees

WEDDING & WEDDING RECEPTIONS – Immediate family of bride or groom must be a member in good standing (current) one year previous to entering into a lease. Also there will be an additional charge of $15.00 per hour for security provided by an additional Arts Place employee.

Subject to 7% sales tax. If sales tax exempt will need copy of sales tax exempt certificate.
